Great Product - let down by Royal Mail

Ordered these to replace a broken hinge on a door - estimated 2-3 days delivery. Fitted in with my plans. Despatched promptly. Then Royal Mail got involved. Tracking showed the 10 day journey around the country, got lost, redirected and then sat idly for 2 days at a sorting centre. Eventually delivered but only after I had bought another hinge. Haven't the heart to try and return the items. My advice: change your distributor.
